We want to help you build your organization's internal capacity, implement policies and best practices to level up your governance, and craft a plan to propel you into the future.

Your organization is on a mission. How clear is it? Do you have the resources to accomplish it? Does your staff believe in it? Is your board poised to accomplish it? Do your policies support it? In this stage, I will work with you and your board to develop goals, objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help you plan for success.
We will work together throughout the duration of our engagement. After the strategy is in place, you'll be in the driver's seat, and I will continue to help you navigate as much as you need.
A Plan That Works

In my time leading nonprofits, I've found that many of them overcomplicate the work of strategic planning. I will work with you to develop a single, simple document that takes the guesswork out of strategic planning.
We will first review your mission, vision, and values. Then, we will assess your program focuses to ensure that they are aligned. Next, we will create goals for your organization. Finally, we will work to develop objectives under each goal that outline the who, what, when, where, why, and how.
The best part? This document is in the perfect format to track progress and report back to your board regularly to show them how much you've achieved!
